A letter dated December 17, 2019 has surfaced from Jose Elias Sepulveda claiming to be the brother of State Senator Luis Sepulveda alleging child molestation, drug trafficking, drug use, and other items that should warrant at least an investigation by the Bronx District Attorney's office.
