BRONX COALITION AGAINST UP ZONING
ROSARY RALLY AGAINST BRONX UP ZONING The Bronx Coalition Against Up Zoning will be hosting a Rosary Rally on Saturday, July 23rd at 11am on the corner of Bruckner and Crosby Avenue in the Bronx. The Bronx Coalition Against Up Zoning was formed by community members opposed to up zoning in their neighborhoods, and the Throggs Neck Associates LLC Bruckner Sites project in particular. This development requires that elected officials change the rules of the game on behalf of rich white developers who are trying to fundamentally alter a safe Hispanic neighborhood for the worse. On Saturday, the community will pray together under two large tents. Chairs, fans and plenty of free bottles of water will be provided. |
