 A motion in the matter of a request from the South Bronx Overall 

Economic Development Corporation (SOBRO) for a letter supporting its efforts to develop 4529 Park Avenue (located at the corner of Park Avenue and East 183rd Street) as a seventy-six unit apartment building for a mixed population of special needs tenants, with a preference given to veterans and low income individuals and families. (The actual wording of the motion is to be determined at the meeting.)
