Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 301 Walton Avenue in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Located between East 138th Street and East 140th Street, the lot is near the 138 Street-Grand Concourse subway station, serviced by the 4 and 5 trains. Shimon Greenfeld of SCG Capital LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 46,067 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 32 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,439 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and 16 enclosed parking spaces.
