The affordable housing lottery has launched for 368-372 East 194th Street, one five-story, ten-unit building and one five-story, eight-unit residential building in Fordham, The Bronx. Designed by Pirooz Soltanizadeh’s Royal Engineering and developed by Chee Wong’s TNE Buildings, the structures yield 18 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $110,880 to $218,010.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies and a shared laundry room. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are six one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,234 for incomes ranging from $110,880 to $181,740, and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,811 for incomes ranging from $130,663 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 16, 2024.
