Permits Filed for 123 Eames Place in Kingsbridge Heights, The Bronx

Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 123 Eames Place in Kingsbridge Heights, The Bronx. Located between Webb Avenue and Claflin Avenue, the lot is near the Kingsbridge Road subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Gil Broitman of Brooklyn Grid is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 8,137 square feet, with 4,656 square feet designated for residential space and 3,481 square feet for community facility space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 665 square feet. The masonry-based structure will have a daycare on the ground floor but no accessory parking.

Xiucheng Li of Bayside Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
