Dear Neighbors,
It is with a heavy heart I share that on December 15th, 2025 the Allerton community lost a powerful community advocate, leader and friend.
The President of the Allerton Avenue Homeowners & Tenants Association,
Sal Castorina will remain in our hearts and memories forever. May he rest in eternal peace and his memory be eternal.
We are forever greatful for the many years of service he gave to his beloved community.
Services will be held at:
Farenga Brothers Funeral Home -
Thursday, December 18th &
Friday, December 19th from 2PM-5PM & 7PM - 9PM.
Mass will be held at Holy Rosary Church -
1510 Adee Avenue (corner of Eastchester Road) on
Saturday, December 20th at 10:AM
All who knew Sal are welcome.
