Thank you Monica Morales for joining me in the Bronx to highlight the urgent concerns tenants at the Forest Houses are facing with unsafe sidewalks. 
It is absolutely negligent that NYCHA keeps passing the buck on fixing such a glaring and dangerous safety hazard. 
I am calling on the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and NYC DOT to immediately address these unsafe living conditions.

It was fun in the Bronx sun at the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation’s Borough Volunteer Day where we planted trees and helped re-paint the Crotona Pool!

JULIO CARBALLO FIELDS BASEBALL LIGHTS IN ACTION!
Spotlight: Last year’s newly-installed lights at the Julio Carballo Fields in action! Last year, my office continued investment in Bronx New York City Department of Parks & Recreation with an allocation of $1,986,000 for the installation of lighting fixtures at the fields so that our youth can enjoy outdoor recreational activities after sundown.CELEBRATING HOLIDAYS IN THE BRONX
