Located between Macombs Road and West 170th Street, the lot is near the 170th Street subway station, served by the 4 train. Shaya Seidenfeld of MZS Realty is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 121-foot-tall development will yield 61,744 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 92 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 671 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 25-foot-long rear yard but no accessory parking.
