Permits Filed for 2110 Crotona Avenue in East Tremont, The Bronx

 


Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 2110 Crotona Avenue in East Tremont, The Bronx. Located between East 180th Street and East 181st Street, the lot is near the 182-183 Streets subway station, served by the B and D trains. Arjan Gjushi of Gjushi Construction Company is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 51,100 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 72 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 709 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 42-foot-long rear yard.

John Alleyne of Becall Engineering Services Inc. is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
