Permits have been filed for a nine-story residential building at 907 East 175th Street in Crotona Park East, The Bronx. Located between Southern Boulevard and Trafalgar Place, the lot is near the 174 Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 90-foot-tall development will yield 24,995 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 33 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 757 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a rooftop terrace on the eighth floor, and a 34-foot-long rear yard.
Jonathan Kirschenfeld Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
