New Tenant Joins Triangle Plaza Hub At 459 East 149th Street In Mott Haven, The Bronx

 

Triangle Plaza Hub, located at 459 East 149th Street in the Bronx’s Mott Haven neighborhood, recently welcomed a new tenant, Halo Health Pharmacy, which has signed a long-term lease for 1,522 square feet of retail space in the building. Originally designed by Perkins Eastman Architects DPC, the 50,000-square-foot, two-story commercial building is currently owned by Simone Development Companies.

459 East 149th Street was constructed in 2015 and spans approximately 75,790 square feet on a 1.63-acre lot. Simone Development Companies acquired the property in 2021 for around $32 million.

The grocery-anchored retail and medical office condominium features a diverse tenant mix that includes SuperFresh supermarket, Sun River Health, DaVita Melrose Dialysis, Metropolitan College of New York, and Dunkin’, among others. Amenities include on-site parking for tenants and customers, with 83 rooftop parking spaces available. Notably, the building is LEED-certified.
