Permits Filed for 2915 Holland Avenue in Allerton, The Bronx

Permits have been filed to expand a three-story residential building at 2915 Holland Avenue in Allerton, The Bronx. Located between Arnow Avenue and Williamsbridge Road, the lot is near the Allerton Avenue subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Israel Tishler of Revamp NYC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 27-foot-tall development will yield 3,193 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 399 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a basement and a 47-foot-long rear yard.

Noel Wong of ADB Associates is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the project calls for a horizontal expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
