Governor Encourages New Yorkers to Keep Using the Tools to Protect Against and Treat COVID-19: Vaccines, Boosters, Testing, and Treatment

Governor Kathy Hochul today updated New Yorkers on the state's progress combating COVID-19.
"New Yorkers have worked hard to keep each other safe from COVID-19, but with new variants spreading throughout the state, we must maintain remain vigilant in using the tools," Governor Hochul said. "Stay up to date on your vaccine and booster doses, and talk to your child's pediatrician about getting them vaccinated as soon as possible. If you're traveling or feel unwell, get tested, and if you do test positive, consult your doctor about treatment options."
