Located between Perot Street and Fort Independence Street, the lot is in walking distance of the 231st Street subway station, serviced by the 1 train. Moses Freund of The Vaja Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 21,611 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 32 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet.
