I had the pleasure of participating in a groundbreaking ceremony held at the Watson Houses for their new Open Space construction.
Thank you New York City Department of Parks & Recreation and New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) for working together to create this innovative plan of creating and modernizing green spaces for our communities.
