Located between East Burnside Avenue and East 178th Street, the lot is within walking distance of the Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. David Goldberger is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 35,548 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 45 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 789 square feet.
