Located between East 166th Street and East 167th Street, the lot is near the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Egris Haxhari of H20 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 26,457 square feet designated for residential space.
