The affordable housing lottery has launched for Vida52, a nine-story mixed-use building at 43-15 52nd Street in Woodside, Queens. Designed by Archimaera and developed by ZD Jasper Realty, the structure yields 87 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 23 units for residents at 40 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $33,806 to $167,750.
Residents will have access to virtual doorman, media room, game room, party room, parking garage with electric car charging stations, gym, rooftop terrace, storage, bike storage lockers, elevator, and common area Wi-Fi. Units come with washers and dryers, air conditioning, balconies, dishwashers, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes.
At 40 percent of the AMI, there are three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $847 for incomes ranging from $33,806 to $50,840, and six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $976 for incomes ranging from $39,258 to $61,000.
At 60 percent of the AMI, there are eight one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,347 for incomes ranging from $50,949 to $76,260, and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,576 for incomes ranging from $59,829 to $91,500.
At 110 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,077 for incomes ranging from $111,292 to $167,750.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,700 for incomes ranging from $92,572 to $165,230.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 22, 2023.
