What has the City been up to?

On November 6, the Bronx Borough Office of the Department of City Planning in partnership and the City Mayor’s Office of Talent and Workforce Development hosted the first of a series of workforce development and jobs planning roundtables. This roundtable gathered leaders from major Bronx-based institutions, employers, academic institutions, and workforce service providers to discuss the research outcomes from the stakeholder interviews conducted by BJH, as well as discuss ways in which the Bronx Metro-North Neighborhood Plan can help support workforce development efforts in the Morris Park Area.

1/10 Bronx Metro-North Neighborhood Plan Pre-Certification Information Session Join the Department of City Planning on January 10th for an information session, as we preview the Bronx Metro-North Neighborhood Plan that will be certified later this winter. The goal of this event is to contextualize the Department of City Planning's work, as well as provide detailed information on the public review process and how the public can engage with the City throughout the process. We look forward to this continued collaboration, as we plan for the future of the station areas with new Metro-North Service. Details for the event can be found below.
