🚫 NO Trash, Curbside, Compost, or Recycling Collection on Monday, November 11, 2024 (Veterans Day) πŸš«

November is National Veterans and Military Families Month

The month of November is designated as National Veterans and Military Families Month, a time to honor the service and sacrifices made by our Veterans, service members, and their families.

Throughout this month, we pay tribute to the unwavering commitment of these brave men and women who have served, or continue to serve our nation, celebrating their dedication, resilience, and patriotism. It is equally important to also recognize the military families who also endure personal sacrifices to support their loved ones in uniform.

In honor of this significant month, we are hosting events aimed at providing support and honoring our Veterans. Scroll down to see information on the Veterans Day Parade in Throggs Neck, and an event with a Veterans Specialist from the NYC Department of Veterans' Services at my District Office.
