Located between Hughes Avenue and Arthur Avenue, the lot is near the West Farms Square–East Tremont Avenue subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Yonah Grunhut of Grun Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications, and is also responsible for the 11-story structure at the neighboring 621 East 178th Street.
The proposed 110-foot-tall development will yield 118,157 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 99 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 25 enclosed parking spaces.
