Comptroller DiNapoli and DFS Designate New Banking Development District in Towns of Shandaken and Olive

Comptroller DiNapoli and Department of Financial Services Acting Superintendent Kaitlin Asrow announced the designation of the towns of Shandaken and Olive as a Banking Development District. This program is designed to incentivizes financial institutions to open or maintain banking branches in underserved areas across New York.
