Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 851 Fairmount Place in West Farms, Bronx. Located at the intersection of Marmion Avenue and Fairmount Place, the lot is near the West Farms Square–East Tremont Avenue subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 62-foot-tall development will yield 12,089 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, with an average unit scope of 1,208 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a rooftop terrace.
