With so much uncertainty in the world, what anchors you?
Family. Friendship. Religion. A good book, a run through the park, traveling, tapping into your creativity, dancing, fishing, writing, or cooking. We all have something that anchors us, brings us peace, joy, and connection. It may be a shared experience or something uniquely our own. No matter what it is, it always allows us to focus on what truly matters in our lives.
“Internal Anchor” brings together 18 incredible New York City artists exploring this universal question: What keeps us grounded?
Through their work, they share the rituals, passions, and experiences that bring meaning and balance to their lives, and invite you to reflect on your own.
Discover what anchors them, share what anchors you. Join us September 10th at The Bronx River Art Center as we find new ways to connect, create, and feel grounded together.
