BOROUGH PRESIDENT DIAZ HOLDS FIRST EVER BRONX HEALTH & WELLNESS SUMMIT
On
Saturday, April 6, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr., along with
influential health experts, hosted the first ever Bronx Health &
Wellness Summit at the Fordham University Rose Hill Campus.
More
than five hundred people attended the summit, which featured 30
breakout sessions and a free healthy breakfast and lunch. CBS medical
reporter Max Gomez was the keynote speaker. The Health Summit’s grand
finale was a Q&A session with the Borough President, as well as a
raffle in which the winning prize was a one-on-one lunch with Borough
President Diaz.
