The official ribbon cutting for the Intervale Independent Senior Residences
in the Bronx took place on Friday. Designed to introduce high quality,
affordable senior housing to the Bronx, the Intervale Independent Senior
Residence project is comprised of one eight-story mid-rise residential
building with the residential space divided into 47 rental apartments.
Apartments at the Intervale Senior Residences will be reserved for
low-income households 55 years of age and older.

Estoy muy feliz de que existan en esta comunidad proyectos tan valiosos como este...espero en DIOS que hayan mucho para las personas que estamos sobre los 55 anos y queremos un estilo de vida saludable y seguro, viviendo dignamente con nuestro esfuerzo.
