Annual Meeting of Membership to be Held July 28, 2021 If you are a registered member of the HUB / Third Avenue Merchants District Management Association, Inc. This memorandum serves as notice for the 2021 Annual Meeting of Membership. The Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 10:00am via Zoom. During the meeting we will ratify changes to the Bylaws and BID policies, fill vacant Board positions, and vote on the annual budget. Additionally, we will hear about new developments in the area which positively impact your business and / or property. 2021 Annual Meeting Notice
