SENSELESS GUN VIOLENCE IN THE SOUTH BRONX  "Our community is in pain." Council Member Salamanca attends the vigil of Josue Lopez-Ortega, 15, who was killed by senseless gun violence.   Over the last year, three beautiful souls, teens who had their whole lives to live, have been taken from us because of gun violence in the South Bronx. To heal, we came together as one to remember their lives, and demand change & justice in their names.
