We're looking for talented people who want to make a difference in the lives of others, not only people age 50 and older but all New Yorkers. AARP New York works to preserve and defend Medicare, protect Social Security, improve access to retirement savings plans, prevent fraud, make communities more livable for people of all ages, improve digital literacy and help with life transitions, among other things. Our volunteers support our efforts by advocating for legislation, volunteering in the community, or serving as virtual volunteer ambassadors, among many other roles.
