What an incredible morning it was last Wednesday!

Our shredding event was a tremendous success, and we’re so grateful to everyone who came out to safely dispose of their sensitive documents. ๐Ÿ“„ Your participation made all the difference!

A huge shoutout to NYC Sanitation for partnering with us to make this community-focused event possible. ♻️ Your support helps us promote sustainability and protect personal information at the same time.

We truly love seeing our district come together for events like this — it’s a reminder of the power of community and collaboration. Here's to more great events ahead!

Produce Giveaway at Throggs Neck Houses

July 23rd, 2025

We’re keeping the momentum going with another successful fresh produce giveaway last Wednesday at the Throggs Neck Houses! ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฅฌ

Just because it’s summer doesn’t mean we slow down — our team is out in the community, making sure families in District 13 continue to have access to healthy, nutritious food.

We know how important fresh produce is, especially during these warmer months, and we're committed to meeting our neighbors where they are and showing up with support that matters.

A big thank you to our incredible volunteers and partners who help make these events possible — your dedication makes all the difference.

Stay tuned — we’ve got more to come! ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒฝ๐ŸŽ

Horticultural Society at Morris Park Bid

July 24th, 2o25

Proud to support The Horticultural Society of New York during their routine maintenance visit at the Morris Park BID here in District 13! ๐ŸŒฟ

Thanks to the funding we’ve successfully secured, we’re able to invest in cleaner, greener, and more welcoming public spaces for our community. These beautification efforts not only enhance the look and feel of our neighborhoods — they also foster pride, safety, and a stronger sense of belonging.

We’re committed to ensuring that every corner of District 13 reflects the care and attention our residents deserve.

Huge thanks to The Horticultural Society of New York for their continued partnership and dedication to keeping our community vibrant! ๐Ÿ’š

Bally's Bad Bet July 26th, 2025

I stood with my community to say no to Bally’s.

No real benefits. No real economic development.

The Bronx deserves better than a casino deal that helps developers, not families.
