Located at the intersection of Cambreleng Avenue and East Fordham Road, the lot is closest to the Fordham Road subway station, served by the B and D trains. The proposed 116-foot-tall development will yield 234,414 square feet, with 198,966 square feet designated for residential space and 35,448 square feet for commercial space.
