
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 1976 Needham Avenue, a four-story residential building in Edenwald, The Bronx. Designed by Nikolai Katz Architect and developed by Moishe Fischman, the structure yields 15 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $74,880 to $146,560.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $2,040 for incomes ranging from $74,880 to $108,560; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,583 for incomes ranging from $96,103 to $146,560.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than September 8, 2026.
