Mayor de Blasio visits mass COVID-19 Vaccination Site at 4006 Third Avenue, But Where Were the People to Vaccinated?

This COVID-19 site at 4006 Third Avenue has done blood tests for COVID-19 Anti-bodies in 2020, of which I had one done. Today it was the site of the Bronx Mass Vaccination site, but very few people showed up. Mayor de Blasio was to show up at 3 PM to tour the site with reporters, and I was told only invited reporters would be allowed in, so seeing only three people get vaccinated in thirty minutes I decided to cover another story instead.

Above - is the sign letting people know that the COVID-19 vaccine can be gotten at this site on Third Avenue.

Below - These people wanted a COVID-19 test, but were told this site no longer does that, They were told to go to another nearby site for the COVID-19 test, because only vaccinations were being done at this site on Third Avenue.

Mayor de Blasio came to the Third Avenue site, but you see invited media and staff workers behind him. Photo credit AP Pool.
