Located between Morton Place and West 179th Street, the lot is near the Burnside Avenue subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Chaim Schwartz of Prime Property Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 31,271 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 47 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 665 square feet.
