Located between Monroe and Anthony Avenues, the lot is near the Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Moshe Steinmetz under the MS Investments 3 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 9,620 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 21 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 458 square feet.
