Mayor Adams Will Outline Vision for “Getting Stuff Done” in 2024
Speech to Be Held at Hostos Community College
New York City Mayor Eric Adams today announced that on January 24, 2024, he will deliver his third mayoral State of the City address at the Hostos Center for the Arts & Culture at Hostos Community College in the Bronx, where he will discuss his administration’s achievements over the past two years, the current state of the city, and new plans to strengthen the lives of everyday New Yorkers.
“When our administration came into office, we had a clear mission: protect public safety, rescue our economy, and make this city more livable for working class New Yorkers. Throughout 2023, we continued to deliver on that vision,” said Mayor Adams. “But even with all the extraordinary progress we have made, our work is not done. On January 24, I will lay out our vision for keeping New Yorkers safe, delivering good-paying jobs, building more affordable housing, and putting money back into the pockets of working people in 2024.”
