
Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 5517 Broadway and a 12-story building at 205 West 230th Street in Kingsbridge, The Bronx. Located between Kimberly Place, West 230th Street, Godwin Terrace, and Broadway, the lot is near the 231st Street subway station, served by the 1 train. Steven Westreich of Westorchard Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed two-tower development will yield 115,295 square feet, with 93,529 square feet designated for residential space, 21,566 square feet for commercial space, and 199 square feet of community facility space. The 112-foot-tall 5517 Broadway building will have 65 residences and the 124-foot-tall 205 West 230th Street building will have 99 units, most likely rentals based on the combined average unit scope of 570 square feet. The structure will also have 13 open parking space, 28 enclosed parking spaces, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
