Permits Filed for 2075 Honeywell Avenue in West Farms, The Bronx

 


Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 2075 Honeywell Avenue in West Farms, The Bronx. Located between East 179th Street and East 180th Street, the lot is near the West Farms Square-East Tremont Avenue subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Arjan Kola of A&F General Construction LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 19,994 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 31 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 644 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-tall rear yard.

Ling Li of Li Architect Associate is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
