Located between East 179th Street and East 180th Street, the lot is near the West Farms Square-East Tremont Avenue subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Arjan Kola of A&F General Construction LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 80-foot-tall development will yield 19,994 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 31 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 644 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-tall rear yard.
