Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 912 Faile Street in Hunts Point, The Bronx. Located between Seneca Avenue and Garrison Avenue, the lot is near the Hunts Point Avenue subway station, served by the 6 train. Joel Silberstein is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 52-foot-tall development will yield 13,237 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 661 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Ariel Golshan of AG Engineering PLLC is listed as the architect of record.
