Located between Hamilton Place and Rev James A Polite Avenue, the interior lot is near the Freeman Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Robert Anderson is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 38-foot-tall development will yield 4,531 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 647 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and 30-foot-long rear yard.
