The affordable housing lottery has launched for 217 Bedford Park Boulevard, an eight-story residential building in Bedford Park, The Bronx. Designed by Golani Architect and developed by The Jay Group, the structure yields 30 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,703 to $108,560.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies and an accessible entrance. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there are six studios with a monthly rent of $2,040 for incomes ranging from $75,703 to $108,560.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 16, 2026.
