Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 2322 Holland Avenue in Allerton, The Bronx. Located between Waring Avenue and Astor Avenue, the lot is near the Pelham Parkway subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Gjovan Rroku of New Line Builders is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 54-foot-tall development will yield 15,717 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 28 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 561 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 43-foot-long rear yard.
Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last month for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
