NYGOP Chair Ed Cox released the following statement after Kathy Hochul ranked 50th out of 50 Governors in the Cato Institute's "Freedom in the 50 States" study:
"We've been saying it for years: Kathy Hochul is the Worst Governor in America. We are dead last on every list: we lose the most citizens, we're the least affordable, the most taxed and the least free.
"New York's nightmare ends in eight days when we elect Bruce Blakeman and Republican reformers up and down the ballot."
