"The NYC City Artist Corps grant enabled me to embark on a visual and communal journey through the landscape of Tibbetts Brook. 'Daylighting Tibbetts Brook en Plein Air' is a series born from the intersection of art, environment, and dialogue. It chronicles a quest not only to capture the scenic beauty of the Bronx’s landscapes but also to engage in the narrative of urban sustainability." Noel
