Senator Rivera joined the United Way of New York City for a tour of emergency food and shelter providers within the district. Senator Rivera toured the Part of the Solution (POTS) locations within the district, where he met with UWNYC and POTS staff to better understand the work they are doing on a day to day basis to better the lives of our neighbors.
