Located between West Fordham Road and West 183rd Street, the lot is near the 183rd Street subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Cezar Haxhari under the Cezar H LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 62-foot-tall development will yield 15,101 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 25 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 604 square feet.
