Councilwoman Kristy Marmorato
Dear Neighbors,
This week, it was so heartwarming to see how generous our community has been in our collection efforts for our Veterans and our constituents. As always, it has been a pleasure to connect with schools, gain firsthand insights into our community, and discover opportunities for improvement!
In this newsletter, you will find details about the district events that took place this week, along with information on various upcoming events we have planned.
It is an honor to represent you in the New York City Council and continue fighting to keep our community safe, healthy, and prosperous!
Sincerely,
Councilwoman Kristy Marmorato
District 13, Bronx
Please note tonight's event has been CANCELLED due to predicted severe weather conditions.]
Keeping District 13 Clean, Thank you ACE!
On January 30th, Councilwoman Marmorato met with the wonderful ACE team that was busy cleaning up along the Throgs Neck Expressway between East Tremont and Lawton Ave.
We are so thankful for the teams efforts in picking up litter that had been improperly disposed off along this road. Neighbors, lets all keep a nice and clean environment for all of us to enjoy!
Thank you again ACE & John Cortese!
In the District: Visiting Colombus High School Campus
Councilwoman Marmorato spent Friday morning visiting Colombus High School campus and got to meet with the principals at this school. Our office looks forward to continue our collaborations with this group of principals to continue to serve the 2,500 students they teach. Small Biz Spotlight
