Permits Filed for 727 East 215th Street in Williamsbridge, The Bronx

Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 727 East 215th Street in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Located between Barnes Avenue and White Plains Road, the lot is near the 219th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Israel Frankel of Silverlight Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 6,978 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 15 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 465 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Boaz M. Golani Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed last month for the residential structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
