This week has been truly remarkable in the district, marked by numerous toy giveaways and holiday festivities that engaged the community. It has been a pleasure to participate in these events and witness the community's collective effort in making our toy drive a resounding success!

Cookies with Santa at PSS City Island Center 🍪🎅


Team Marmorato spread holiday cheer to the seniors at the PSS City Island Center by hosting a delightful 'Cookies with Santa' event!


It was a truly heartwarming afternoon spent within the community, and we extend our gratitude to PSS City Island Center for their dedication to serving the seniors in the City Island area.


Committee on Veterans Hearing



Last Wednesday, Councilwoman Marmorato attended a hearing for the Committee on Veterans. During this hearing, discussions were held about proposed legislations aiming to support veterans in New York City, including initiatives to connect them with arts and cultural opportunities.

Throggs Neck BID Annual Meeting



Councilwoman Marmorato joined the Throggs Neck BID for their annual meeting! It was a very informative meeting that showcased their remarkable achievements they successfully ahcieved this year, along with their exciting initatives they have lined up for the upcoming new year.


We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the TN BID for their exceptional efforts and collaboration toward our shared objective: supporting our community and fostering business prosperity in District 13!


St. Joseph's School for the Deaf Annual Holiday Show & Staff Luncheon ☃️



Team Marmorato had the pleasure of visiting St. Joseph's School for the Deaf for their annual holiday show and staff luncheon!


It was a joyful occasion, and we are thankful to have participated by providing students with toys and creating unforgettable moments with Santa.


Throggs Neck Houses Tenants Meeting



Last Thursday, Councilwoman Marmorato and her team attended the tenants' meeting at Throggs Neck Houses.


We are committed to making sure that every constituent's voice is heard, particularly those of our NYCHA residents. We appreciate all the constituents who joined us and had the chance to collect some fresh groceries! 🍎🍍


St. Benedict's Senior Citizen Glee Club Christmas Party 🎶🎵



"It's the most wonderful time of the year..." 🎵 Councilwoman Marmorato attended the Christmas Party festivities at St. Benedict's Senior Citizen's Glee Club!


It was a delightful event, filled with holiday cheer as our community members came together to celebrate with joyful music.

Councilwoman Marmorato visited the Winter Wonderland event at St. Joseph's School for the Deaf!


A huge shoutout to the NYPD's 45th Precinct Community Affairs team for putting together such a wonderful day filled with fun activities. From hot chocolate to face painting, bouncy houses, and arts and crafts, the smiles on the students' faces said it all! ❤️☕️🎨


Toy Giveaway with Birch Family Services💝



Our office partnered with Birch Family Services to provide 

toys for their toy giveaway!


We sincerely appreciate everyone who supported our toy 

drive and our mission to bring joy to children in the 

community. Your contributions are valued and truly make 

a difference for our community members. 💗


🌟Toy Giveaway with Pelham Parkway Neighborhood Association🌟



Spreading Even More Holiday Cheer with Toy Giveaways! 

Councilwoman Marmorato partnered with the Pelham 

Parkway Neighborhood Association to bring joy to the 

community through their annual toy giveaway.


This event was a great success, and it was truly heartwarming 

to witness the children's faces light up with joy during this 

festive season.


Pelham Parkway Houses NYCHA Toy 

Giveaway 🎁


Another Toy Giveaway! This toy distribution event took place 

at Pelham Parkway Houses for our NYCHA constituents in 

District 13. Councilwoman Marmorato thoroughly enjoyed 

handing out toys and meeting all the families who came by.


A big thank you to Mr. Oscar Grant and everyone who 

contributed to making this a wonderful giveaway a reality.


Toys for Tots Christmas Party & Toy 

Giveaway 🎄


On Sunday, Councilwoman Marmorato attended a festive 

Christmas Party and Toy Giveaway at St. Theresa’s 

Elementary School, organized by the NYPD's 45th Precinct. 

This delightful event was made possible through their 

collaboration with Toys for Tots and turned out to be an 

incredibly enjoyable evening!


Attendees had a blast with fun games, delicious food, face 

painting, and so much more. We are truly thankful for such 

wonderful events happening in our district that families can 

enjoy together.
